Geographic Range
Native to French Guiana.
This species has been discovered in the central coast area of Frech Guyana. The altitudes where it has been found are between 5-200 meter above sea level (asl)

  

Population

This species is locally quite common in the central coast area of French Guiana. Several animals were found in the surrounding of Cacao (Beneats, v/d Meulen, Bartelds, Vilette).

  

Habitat
This is a terrestrial species inhabiting tropical lowland forest. Breeding and larval development takes place in forest streams and creeks. The tadpoles adhere to rocks.
